How to change color ?

Any way or tool I can use to adjust the color of the german allies ? italian, rumanian and hungarian ? Because they just look like russian counter to me ... I would rather saw them in blue ( especially the rumanian, and the soviet guard corps in red <img src="tongue.gif" border="0"> ).

I created a standalone VB tool, Iconmap, that you can download and use to convert the WIR symbol files into bitmaps. You can then edit the bitmap with your favorite paint program. After editing, IconMap will convert the bitmap back into the game symbol file. Only use the colors provided in the bitmap; they're all that are available in WIR. Also, it's best if you create a backup of the SYM files before you start tinkering with them.
