Rail bug in Ver3.1

Hi all
In both the Varjager and Muzrub Wars an unusual thing happened in late 11/41 early 12/41. The rail lines between and including hexes 30/14, 36/14 and 34/12 dropped out of the axis supply net. Not a fatal thing to happen but if partisans take a rail hex E-SE of Pskov it could cause serious problems
to the north. (supply 0 'round Leningrad)

Did you switch maps when this happened? That has been the cause in the past when people have reported this kind of problem, because whatever new map was selected had rail lines following a different path and thus went out of supply. Then it requires the normal conversion process to fix it.
If this is not the problem, please send me a save game file, and password if needed, and I will look at it.

I have not changed maps, nothing different but that we are now using Ver3.1 as far as i know.
Will send a save.
