Roads/railroads

Why is the Odessa railroad wrongly placed?? The one that goes into Ukraine.
I cant beleive that the railroad has been moved that much sins 1882.
The railroad you(GG and Matrix) ends in Nicolaev about 100 miles east( well as the bird flies).
The "real" railroad strats about 150 miles northwest towards Tarnopol.
Offcourse one rail could be "removed" in the first vorldwar and the Nicolaev rail be extended.
But wich is right??
