Red Front Scenario for Civ2 by Captain Nemo

Hi guys,
I'm totally new to this game. Did anybody ever try out the famous scenario called Red Front designed by Captain Nemo?
It was using the civ2 engine perfectly, but only for the purpose of the great patriotic war, playable as Soviet Union only.
You have total control over population (send them into Ural), armies (just like stavka) and production.
