If I use a patch, will I have to restart any leagues I might have? Can I change options of an already started league with some of the new options available?

Are we still expecting one more patch without "BETA" in it?

Nope, you won't have to restart any leagues.  The answer to your second question is that I guess it depends on thespecific option, and yes, we are expecting one final patch after the BETA patches.
