Hello all!

I just purchased BiI and get the message "a previous instance of Battles in Italy exists. Please exit and restart."

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I get the error message when starting BiI.

Hi Jack,
You can only have 1 instance of the game running at once. Check your taskbar for previously running instances of Battles In Italy. If there are none, try re-starting your machine, and starting the game up again.

Hello Alexs.

My taskbar indicates one (1)   instance of BiI running.

I have tried restarting my machine and starting the game again, only to encounter the same message.

I have also uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, only to encounter the same message.

Again, any input will be greatly appreciated.
