I still haven't got the game......

After three weeks, I still can't download it. I tried a cable connection but kept getting timed out. I asked my ISP to get it for me but no luck. Any one in Melbourne got it? If so, would you might putting on CD for me? This is killing me, watching all you guys talk about the game and I can't do ANYTHING!! I need to get out more....
