Test with higher Soviet experience

I'm currently playing a -41 campaign were I have raised Soviet initial experience 10 points all over (except for Divisions that start at 60). In the first turn, AI Ivan was much tougher than usual and even managed to hold on to Brest-Litovsk for a turn.

I hope this raise might be enough to give the Soviet player a half-decent chance to perform some delaying actions during the summer and autumn of 1941. With the new rail conversion he must or the Germans will be at the gates of Moscow in late August of 1941.

Maybe try around raising the experience of the airgroups. See my thread "Luftwaffe...". It seems that it have been ignored.

I think that this is one good steep to improve the Russians chance of survivel. The inf exp starting points give them no chance to hold our to inflict losses on the Germans. But i dont think that the airforce should be improved. The russian airforce where in fact out of the game 41-42.That means that you should use obsolete fighters and bombers during the beginning and take your newer fighters to traingschool.I do love this game!!
But i would like to see a better chanse for the russian to make a stand now and then!
