I downloaded the new patch but when I tried to install I got the "Invalid serial No. message".

I have used the code on the CD written under "CD Number" and I have tried the code written under "Order ID". Nothing works ...

What to do ?

You want the serial number, which is in this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It should be on the CD if you have a physical copy ordered from our store, or in your order receipt if you have a digital download. It's the same number you had to use to originally install the game. If you ordered from us, but lost the serial number, you can retrieve it at www.findmyorder.com or through our Members' Club if you registered.
