The tutorials?

How come those Tannenberg and Kasserine 43 are tutorials when they dont even show hints to me? Or are they easy scenarios or what?
They are called "tutorials" because they...tutor...you in some aspects of TOAW...[:D]
Did you read the documents that are associated with the files?
