After victory has been awarded to a player in solitaire mode, if the player elects to continue, a Multi-Player Chat Window opens when he selects "Yes".

Could this be an undisclosed feature?

Possible that by doing this the game allows you to see the state of forces at the achievement of victory conditions?

Yes, it certainly could.

However, I did select the "Yes, I would like to play on" button so it seems kind of in the wrong place if that is its intent.

It might be more appropriate to show up if I had decided to fully resign, no?

Anyway, it didn't cause anything like a CTD.  [;)]

Maybe they coded it to the incorrect button in the beta patch to see if you were paying attention? [;)]

Slight sidetrack warning (apologies in advance):

You are notified when you meet victory conditions?! ive never been notified of a victory, I have to guess when I have won and press the Resign button [:D]

Oh, no. More of that English humour. [:D]

I certainly hope that you are as jolly and cheerful as you are now when we start playing head-to-head and my AS-4 Kitchen missiles slam into your CVBG! [:(]

Just so you can say that you saw the Victory window, here it is. Of course, you will NEVER see it when you play against me..... [;)]

Dems fightin talk there *insert hillbilly laugh here*

Bah British humour would I ever use such a tool of mass destruction in a forum?! never! [:D]

That screen you posted I have never seen before, the only time I have had any notification of a victory is when I click resign when I *think* I have met the requirements. This is of course in single player.

I'm good at cooking, I can tame any *kitchen* bwahahaha.

But yes I will lose many times in multiplayer, but like any multiplayer ill be laughing all the way. Ive been told to shut up by a bunch of grumpy sods at a LAN party before, because I was laughing at things.. I was the one getting shot up.. go figure lol Games are fun, a game is not fun if your slamming your fist on a desk over a virtual ship sinking and then going to a forum to say the game is unbalanced and how it has wrecked ones life.

Anyway back on subject sorry [:(] *cough*

You got somethin' against Hillbillies? That kind of racist(?) talk will simply not be tolerated on Matrix forums. [:-] [:D]

I am certain that someone from the 'community' is going to come along and tell you that you bought the 'wrong' game and that you should be asking for a refund since this game is a 'simulator' and you are expected to get an educational experience out of it; not [Gasp] FUN! [&o]

To be quite honest I don't quite see how Vince's post contribute in any way...

In fact, I think it's about time Herman, Vince and Tattleneck get banned from this forum. I mean, they keep sabotaging our forum users, discredit our site, launch repeated personal attacks on the HarpoonHQ crew (and they even do research into our real lives!), not to mention their systematical plagarizm of our work... The list goes on and on... they are even using a stolen copy of the HarpoonHQ's scenario maintenance tool (the SBR) and keep denying that they have it in spite of the fact that their scenarios are tagged, and they've contacted the AGSI in a desperate attempt to get the documentation for this tool that they "don't have".

Herman, Vince and Tattleneck have been permanently banned from the HarpoonHQ forum, the HULL forum, and I know Herman has had his user deleted from the AGSI forum as well. It might be worth noting that these three forums do not have any problems with trolls...

Don't worry, others do [:)]

That's, let's not forget about this, thanks too to the tireless and commited work of their Mods [8D]

However, if you are not happy with moderation on this forum you can contact the Matrix's admins directly. My suggestion is to do it. Let us know.
