3.002 timetable

I have read in a few posts that a new more balanced version of Wir is being prepared. As I regard 3.001 as being very unbalanced, almost unplayable (Josan is the only one I know to succeed as Russian, and he is an expert at mules which I am not sure I want to have to try), does anyone know when 3.002 will be released or what stage it is at?
