How to install?

Hi-I'm thinking of buying BIE, but will have to get a new handheld to do so. ? Do I download into my PC & somehow transfer, or is it available boxed? Or, do I have to get an internet provider for the handheld? Thanks, Hugh Browne

You have to download it to a Windows based PC first, then you install the files you'll need there. Your handheld (be it Palm or PocketPC) will have it's own installation procedures from there. Internet on the PDA is not necessary (or even useful) in getting this product.
