Sorry if this is a dumb question, but are there any hit batters in the game? In playing my 1951 historical season I have never seen a batter being hit.

Neither have I, nor wild pitches or passed balls (at least in management).  Granted, I've only managed like 10 games.

Still....

And that is not a good thing at all.  I think I need to check PB/WP totals in the league.  Because if they are showing up when simming, but not actually playing...

I've seen WP's but they are few and far between, the WP leaders are shown in one category in Pitching Leaders.  Never have seen a HBP or PB though.

I know for a fact while managing I've seen WP's and I've seen quite a few lately.  I think one of my pitchers gets alittle tired and misses home plate :P

I think I've seen PB's but not sure.  I know I have not seen HBP though.

About WP's... I've seen alot of those once when the AI kept a pitcher in the game with an endurance of 10 and he ended up pitching like 120 pitches with like 62MPH fastballs.

I have seen many WP and PB. There were so many PB in my historical association, I went into the xml and changed the setting to reduct them to a more reasonable level.

I definetly would like to see an HBP factor. Maybe it could figure into injuries. I have the occassional wp, no pb's though.

In the XML file for each injury there is a setting for whether or not it can happen on a hit by pitch, so it is taken into account.
