I am a new Harpoon player who just bought Harpoon 3 ANW.

I have reached the 4th scenario in the tutorial, where I am supposed to shoot down an enemy aircraft manually.

However, when I select the attack cursor and double-click on the enemy aircraft, the window that was supposed to open never appears...

I would appreciate any help.

What does appear?

Do you get a window saying that you are out of range?

If you cannot engage, the AI usually tells you why.  Can you post a screen shot?

Nothing happens at all ...

I just ran through the tutorial and haven't encountered the same problem. I used both the release version and the Beta Patch 3.7.1

I did the double-click method on the target and the "Drag-Select" method of target selection. Both worked for me.

This window appeared when I used 3.7.0 and the target was out of range.

This window appeared when I used 3.7.1 and the target was out of range.

This window appeared when in both 3.7.0 and 3.7.1 when the target was in range.

It seems to work for me. Perhaps you could try again with the Drag-Select method. You hit F1 to attack, and then drag a small window around your target.
