Hi, i recently had a major system problem and had to format my computer and re-intsall windows etc. I managed to move BII onto another hard drive along with all my documents. Unfortunately i am unable to run the game as its no longer in my system registry. I did not do a CD backup or save my CD key for BII.

I need help retreivng my CD key. I have the setup file.

If you check your records you will see that i have purchased the game, but i did not register it. I dont know why, as i did with BIN!!! So annoying.

Can someone please help me?

My purchase details should still be logged with you somewhere. I did it via digital download. Tried to sort it out through SSG but JSS passed me on to you guys.

Go to the members club, and the 'register a game' page. There's an option to get the serial number sent you based on either the order number (which you probably won't have) or the credit card details you used to buy it (which hopefully you have [:)] ).
