Cooperative units & the interface

Two more quick questions:
1) How can you tell what units are cooperative with each other, and at what level of cooperation? Obviously formations work together, but beyond that...?
2) In the interface is there any way to zoom out the minimap so I can see the whole battlefield on the larger scenarios? I might not be able to determine much from what I see, considering how condensed everything is, but it'd make navigating those maps a lot quicker/easier.
Also, is there anyway to set the loss variables on multiple units at the same time? Not just int he same stack, but say across the board? I find myself often using limited/minimal loss on the attack and ignore loss on defense, so it means reseting my entire front line every turn.

1) units of the same formation, as you note, always have full co-operation. Otherwise it depends on formation support level: internal support units will have limited co-operation with units with exactly the same icon colours as themselves, and no other co-operation. On army support they will have full co-operation with units of exactly the same colour scheme and partial co-operation with units with only the same background colour. On force support units will have full co-operation with units with the same background colour, and limited co-operation with all other units. On free support units will have full co-operation with all units.
The highest co-operation level is always used. So for example if you had grey German units on "Force support" and green Hungarian units and blue Rumanian units both on "Army support", the Germans could partially co-operate with both but the Hungarians and Rumanians would not be able to co-operate with each other.
2) The "movie" function will output this view every turn, but I'm not sure exactly how useable this is.
3) No. If I want to set a selection of units which aren't stacked together but are consecutive in the OOB to the same loss setting, I scroll through them via the unit report. For example if I want to set all my fighters to "ignore losses".

@ceyan:
One would wish, eh?
Ralph is a very good guy, but only ONE good guy, eh? Add this to the 'interface wishlist', and maybe ToaW 4 will be all it could be, lol !
