two quick questions. Why is the default setting for ready time when changing loadout in editor -1 and not 0 ?
what is the significance of A,B,C and D classes when creating an exclusion zone?

The -1 means that it will default to 30 minutes, AFAIK. You can change it to whatever you like.
The A, B, C, D of the various NAV zone distinctions is only for organizational purposes. One does not take precedence over another. i.e. A is not more important than B, C, or D.
That way, you can have four NAV zones of the same type in the area and each will operate in a slightly different way. They really are excellent in helping getting units to manouevre around obstacles. Just be aware that they are showing some faults in ANW. i.e. units sometimes ignore them and sail / fly right through them! [:D]
