Japanese Oponent Wanted for Big B Scenarios
Posted: Sun Aug 20, 2006 11:28 pm
Hello All,
I am looking for an opponent willing to play one of Big B's modified scenarios. 190,191,192, or 193. We can do this on either the stock map or on the AB extended map as I have dual installs with both stock and CHS.
My preference would be for scenario 193 (CHS AB extended map with Dec 8th start).[:D]
PDU off
Sub Doctrines Off
Allied Damage Control ON
Advanced Weather: either way. I am used to it being on, but off will also work.
1 day turns (would be willing to play 2 day turns)
reinforcements: anything from fixed to extremely variable is ok
I would like an opponent who:
-----------------------------------
1. Will be able to do one turn a day (sometimes 2 if timing is right, and possibly more on weekends) consistently.
2. Will not quit or surrender if things are not going great for them. Yes, it is permissible to surrender, but it is disappointing to have your opponent do so after you have invested a lot of hours into the game.[:@]
House rules:
----------------
None unless you think we need some, then we can discuss.
My Credentials:
--------------------
UV Player, then WITP plank owner. WITP record is 5 wins as Japanese using stock scen 15 with historical start, or scen 16. No losses.
I want to try my hand at allies, and Big B's excellent looking modifed scenarios look to be the same.
All of my previous opponents have quit prior to mid 1943. In all cases I did well with the Japanese starting from a historical (ie no changes) start.
If you want me to quit, you will have to achieve auto-victory. Otherwise, I will be in for the long haul.[8|]
If interested please reply to this topic.
