Are you playing the Steam Version of the Matrix version?

If you are playing the Matrix version make sure you download the latest patch.
I'm trying to play the Matrix versions. I have downloaded the files from the link on the first page of this thread.

- (New) Battle for Britain specia raid zone around UK broken down in pieces so each area only hits 2 UK Industrial sites insead of 4/5

- (New) Mech Corp, Soft and Hard attack increased by 1
- (New) Carrier & Escort Carrier, upgrade costs drastically reduced
- (New) Asmara is an NM objective
- (New) USA, Decision to convince sweden to stop trading with Germany requirements adjusted in case Axis are winning so it wont fire

- (Map) Tobruk reworked so that it can continue to get supplies from the sea if surrounded

- (AI) Switzerland will garrison its capital
- (AI) Germany will garrison Bern if Switzerland is conquered

- (Bug) German Subs can be reformed again
- (Bug) Battle for Britain Ending messages fixed to show at the start of the Axis turn
- (Bug) Battle for Britain linking to main decision fixed
- (Bug) Battle for Britain fixed an issue that it would only fire if AI controlled
- (Bug) Battle for Britain fixed an issue that the UK need 3 fighters within 6 hexes of London instead of 2 fighters within 4 hexes of London
- (Bug) France, engineers can no longer be built till January 15th of 1940 (solve 2 engineer exploit)
- (Bug) UK Elite Infantry can no longer be built till May 1st of 1940 (solve 2 unit exploit)
- (Bug) Interface, fixed display issue for Attak Type Light Armor on the Upgrade screen
- (Bug) Italy, lowered HQ build cap from 7 to 5 (however they can still get to 7 via the Greece Invasion and Supplies to Libya)
- (Bug) USA, Fixed Decision for Free French Agencts in Algeria and Morocco was not hitting Morocco troops
- (Bug) Italy, loosing prestige when German troops in Albania will only fire on the Axis turn
- (Bug) Croatia, fixed a bug where Russian troops (even if neutral) were delaying Croatias creation
- (Bug) India, Starting Transport Capacity raised from 0 to 1
- (Bug) Carriers do damage again once Naval Warfare is researched (their appears to be a .5 deviation issue in the math inside the EXE that I can't fix)
