It goes without saying that such a loss is poignant and heartbreaking to the family and friends who knew him best, but it's sad and disconcerting and uncomfortable for many others who never physically met him. Despite the many arguments and disagreements that often dominate the boards, we are a unique group of individuals with much more in common than not. Losing a passionate grognard like Paul is a bad day for all of us.

This is shocking news for everyone, my condolences and best wishes to his family as they cope with this unexpected loss.
He was always willing to put his thoughts forward even if they weren't popular with other members. I will miss his posts.
