Hi everyone,
I am still reading here ;-)
Thank you BenzinoNapaloni for the kind words and your suggestions.
Bad news is that I don't have much time anymore available for that hobby project and I myself haven't played command for a long time.
I don't even own the newest edition.
Still I wonder why the developer did not improve the scenario choosing screen in the meantime as there clearly is demand for it and it seems like a low hanging fruit compared to the ongoing development of the game itself.

best regards
Lunex

P.S. A little bit formatting and a few paragraphs would have helped readability of your post tremendously

This tool is exactly what I was looking for, it has ability to keep notes of played scenarios pretty easily.
Big thank you for doing this.

Dear community members,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Lunex for developing the ScenView application. Your work has been incredibly valuable to the Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations (CMANO) community, and I hope that someday you’ll be able to continue modernizing this great tool.

I’m currently facing an issue when trying to launch ScenView. Upon startup, I receive the following error:
Deployment URL: https://command.lunex.net/CMANOScenView.application
ERROR SUMMARY
* Activation of C:\Sera\WarGames y Games\PC Games\CMANO\Programas\CMANO ScenView.application resulted in an exception. The following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading https://command.lunex.net/CMANOScenView.application did not succeed.
+ The remote name could not be resolved: 'command.lunex.net'

And in the error details:
System.Deployment.Application.DeploymentDownloadException
- Downloading https://command.lunex.net/CMANOScenView.application did not succeed.
- Inner exception:
System.Net.WebException
- The remote name could not be resolved: 'command.lunex.net'

It seems the problem lies in the fact that the application is trying to access https://command.lunex.net/CMANOScenView.application but cannot resolve the server name. This suggests that the server might be down or the URL is no longer valid.

I’ve searched around forums and communities for a fix, but haven’t found any clear solution. If anyone has encountered this issue before or has any idea on how to resolve it, I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks a lot in advance for any guidance!
Best regards,
Sera

Hi Sera,

Working this side. Perhaps first install the required components underneath on that page where it says install and then try run the file again? If you've done that already, I'm unsure then.

Hope you get up and running soon.

I’ve seen the issue. A new version was released a few days ago and it should be downloaded from: https://gu.lunex.net/command/

Thanks at all.

Hey Sys1811es,

great to see that the tool is still in use ;-)
I've moved the domain lunex.net and the subdomain command.lunex.net is not available anymore.
So the new version changes download and update url to: https://gu.lunex.net/command

best gregards,
Lunex
