I'm attempting to download the Map Overlays for the community scenarios and running into a problem. When I click the download link it takes me to google drive at which point I attempt to extract it using zip extractor. After a bit of processing, I get an "extract now" button and it gives me an upload (too many recent requests) error.

Is there a mirror for this file? thanks

Additional question. After installing the latest community scenario pack in /scenarios/community, I noticed a scenarios/standard scenarios folder. Does that folder contain the stock scenarios that come with the game? (I think I accidently extracted the previous community scenario pack into that folder). Should it be deleted? thanks

You can add extra directories in there if you want to organize scenarios however you'd like.
example tm.asp?m=3770627

The download error happens sometimes, working for me right now.

Here's an unofficial mirror to get the Community Overlays Package from: http://11rdp.fr/Community Overlays Package release 003.zip (88.5 Mb)

I personally don't have that "standard", all scens are "Scenarios\Community" (without any subfolder), "Scenarios\Standalone Scenarios" and "Scenarios\Tutorials". However, as Casinn said, extra folders ain't harmful, you can have some or not.

Hope it helps! ;)

Thanks for the replies guys and for the info on the scenario directory structure. Yeah, I figured I would just keep both.

Also, the unofficial link worked.

thanks again

Edit: It works now, there was a typo, thanks Oliver23 for the heads up.

Hundreds of new pics (not a figure of speech) either to illustrate platforms better or even to illustrate platforms at all.

Quick question: After the reading the instructions many times I'm still not sure if I need to run the exe that is part of the package or if copying all the files to the correct folders is sufficient - can anyone shed some light on this?

The pics make a huge difference, so thanks a lot for providing this, I really appreciate it!

Just replace your current image folder with the contents of the new download. There was no .exe included with this package. I probably forgot to update the README from an earlier version.

Thanks for your reply - you are correct, the latest version (which I just downloaded) doesn't have the exe anymore, so everything is clear

Thank you Sunburn, and thanks also to Jan for providing a mirror site...unfortunately, Google Drives and my computer do NOT always get along.

Great job guys! Is there some way I can contribute towards this mod? I spent a bit of time sorting out a few images for my own install that could be good to share.

Send your pics to CV60, he's the one who sort them out.

A couple of wee errors:

Weapon #743 - FIM-92C Stinger RMP
Weapon #734 - FIM-92D Stinger RMP

Both of these show the image and description for the MIM-23 Hawk [;)]
