COTA is impressive

Prepare yourself for a wargaming tour-de-force! Conquest of the Aegean is the next generation of the award-winning and revolutionary Airborne Assault series and it takes brigade to corps-level warfare to a whole new level. Realism and accuracy are the watchwords as this pausable continuous time design allows you to command at any echelon, with smart AI subordinates and an incredibly challenging AI.

Thanks for the comments lads! I was very proud of that victory, although I wont be too complacent as I know from reading here what a clever chappie that AI commander can be!

I was thinking about heading to "painfully realistic" but I will have to play a few scenarios and see first, I actually find im quite comfortable with *realistic* and its challenging enough as it is on that for the time being ;)

Moved on to Elasson rearguard (playing the scenarios in whatever order they come in the list, alphabetical I believe)

Well im hooked on the AA system, HTTR was definatley worth the buy too, I will for sure be looking at getting a copy of BFTB when it comes out, this is the type of wargaming engine that I love, I have usually been disappointed with realtime games and this is one of the good ones that give a glimmer of hope!!

Cheers

...hate to disagree, but it's simply the best sim of operational warfare on the market. [:D]
