This just in!

David Heath, Director of Operations at Matrix Games, said "Yes, we rock".

But seriously, Matrix Games is the best, and the fine folks who are Matrix Games are greatly appreciated. [:)]

I have had excellent service on all my orders from Matrix, without any doubt.

You know I always found it interesting and unrealistic when spontaneous celebrations would erupt in Civilization I and II but you know it also happens right here and I believe it now [&o]

LOL Tony.. Good one!

On the other side.. are you games not automatically registered when you buy the download copy (isn't it tied to your email?).. If not, how do I register all my games (think I still have the email/SN#s for all of them..)?

Nevermind.. think I found it "Members" right?

Was again reminded of the efficiency of Matrix when I purchased Distant Worlds! No hassle, and 10 minutes after the purchase I had the game installed, backed up on an external HD and burnt on a disc as well! Thanks Matrix for providing excellent and superior service over and over and over and over..... not to mention great games [:D]

Erik, you guys are the best, no question. I will never forget what you all did for me when I needed your help.

You support your games with the needed patches, and do not give up until the problems are fixed. Hardly anybody else does that.

I agree, Matrix games make expensive games, and are worth every penny. Every game i've bought has been a quality product with good support and great playerbases.

Moreover MG is probably my favorite company that I have come across. 5/5 guys!

I got to add to the thread...as it is deserved.  Love the games and the support.  Extra kudos for Erik, I have never seen him be rude or less than helpful and even handed...even with the most difficult or upset customers.  I worked in software support years ago and it is really hard to do...I have seen at least one snap or slip out of most customer facing employees...it is quite remarkable (its got to be drugs).
Kind Regards,

Harry
