just to be clear, you are seeing this from the Axis side and not from the Allied side ? (well, Def side and not the Off side ?)

I'm playing the BTR full campaign (700 turns, 1943) as the axis. The allies are controlled by the AI.

I have only seen the behaviour from the bombers based in UK. If I recall correctly it has always been B-17s, which are coming back for some extra sight seeing. It seems to happen every day in my game.

odd it is showing up in a Defender game and not in a attacker game

that narrows it down some

really, we have killed this 5 times, and it keeps showing up again later, in a different form (we had one bug in the Med that was 7 layers deep, this one may be deeper)
