As to why no user campaigns? I have no idea. Just required (past tense) notepad and included tools to get into the campaign editor. Then place and test. Now is in spreadsheet form using open office and game as included tool to make config files for campaign from that......... Even has example ODS(open office spreadsheet) example all set up ready to add crap too.

Most of us need join-the-dot instructions but somehow I don't see "Achtung Panzer Modding For Dummies" hitting the shelves any time soon.
