I'm glad to see UV is doing so well. :)

Are the stores that are carrying UV (both real physical stores and mail order ones) also placing
further orders with Matrix to replenish their stock? If so, that would indicate sales
with them are also good.

I've been trying to get my hands on UV since July when it first ran out. I waited for quite some time before my order was cancelled and I gave up :(

Then I noticed on Gamestop.com that they were getting a shipment at my local Software Etc. in. They sold out the instant they came in! I'm hoping you guys send more to the retailers. They'd be stupid NOT ordering more.

Fortunately there were still 2 copies of Starships Unlimited left and I picked one up. Very nice. Much better than the shareware. Now there is only one copy left. I suspect you will be running out of the next batch once again ;)

I'm still waiting patiently!

How were you able to cancel your order? I ordered mine direct from Matrix on 12/2/02...it was listed on the web as being in stock when I ordered, but then ran out. I called a local retailer who says they got a shipment yesterday....Matrix customer 'service' says they 'cannot' cancel the order.

It said 'on backorder' when I placed my order. Two weeks went by and nothing. When the 'on backorder' notice came down, I called customer service a couple days later. Whomever I spoke to told me that the shipping department would call me back because there was a 'problem'. I never got the call and about a week afterward, I received an auto-notice that my order had 'expired'.

I've never really enjoyed ordering games online - it eats me up between waiting and screwed up orders. However, I haven't given up hope in getting my paws on UV, just might take some time. Third time's a charm ;)

The last of the orders are shipping tonight and Thursday. You all should receive an email ( assuming you used a good email address) an email telling you your tracking number.

If we do run short on the games we will post it here. IF you have not order UV ( We have enough stock of Starships Unlimited) please use one of our retailers or direct mail order houses. We will not be getting any more UV games instock before Jan 2003.

Thanks David.

I checked around here in KC. There's a babbage's about 20 miles away. They have 2 left. Looks like I'm making a journey of it soon.:D
