Steel Panthers remake needs coders!

SPWaW is a tactical squad-level World War II game on single platoon or up to an entire battalion through Europe and the Pacific (1939 to 1945).

Craig,

The best game in the Steel Panthers Series is the Shrapnel's version of SP WW2 and SP MBT, it is the only Steel Panther series that has been in continuous development for the last 22 years.

They have not only correct bugs going all the way back to SP1 and SP2 but have also updated and enhanced both games for the last 22 years.

SPWW2:

YMMV. In terms of being Game Projects I absolutely agree, and the sheer depth and some of the features are appreciated. But the games always feel far too clunky and are using a fundamentally older engine. Hence why I grimly stick with a game that hasn't been updated officially in years.

Though the Camo Workshop's support is something I can envy and admire.

Every few years or so I drop by here to see if there's any hope for a new version of the best WW2 tactical turn based game. This time I also remembered looking at the few Combat Leader: Cross of Iron screenshots we got way back, before that project was scrapped. What a shame.
