They work correctly as far as I am aware.

Provided each scientist is in a research centre hex their political point contribution is shown as the white number at the top right of the screen in the SC PP box.

The green PP number at the top centre of the screen shows your PP income, excluding the scientists. The white PP number shows the total PPs available, including your scientist's contribution.

It is the first turn for Norway. So you have to set a password.

The first turn of the game was the turn where we set production but didnt move any units. As production is fixed for Norway this nation starts at turn 2 of the game.

This is turn 3 is it not?

When I open the file I get instruction to insert password so this is obviously not the first time it has been played.

I'm confused.

Hello Falco,
have played the Spanish turn again and made a new upload of the Norwegian turn.
In case it does not work again, what about the old turn 1 that is still saved in Old Files? Are you able to open that one?

Ok when I open Norway turn no.1, it asks me to choose a password. I tried opening my Commonwealth and France turn no.1 files with my usual password and
they worked fine.

Dont know whats going on here. I still reckon this is turn no.3 because I remember playing the opening turns, where there is basically very little to do
and then playing the subsequent turn later.

Hatem, Larry...can you guys be of any assistance here?

I think there's an error in naming, for me I only played 2 turns: turn 1 - May 1941 where I set production and moved some units around, and turn 2 - june 1941 where I launched Barbarossa, so 2 turns played ateast for me. Turn 2 for Germany was was named turn 3 which I think where the confusion comes from.

I don't have this game in my saved game file but have it in my Dropbox...don't know why...sorry don't know what's happening with this game. Since USA does not have a play until turn 2 I would guess that we are beyond the USA turn 2 (first turn for USA). I need more sleep...just got up and I am sleepy already.

My message was delayed by maintenance by my ISP this morning for 1 hour...

Ok somebody (other than myself & Juergen)) must have played the Norway file before (ie. chosen a password) I think. Hatem and Larry....could u both try opening the Norway folder
which is in the DB folder now? Once it is played we can proceed I guess.

Since Hatemf90 has already confessed I am not the guilty party.

Another sleepy morning...going to have to check my CPAP machine to make sure it is working correctly. Although it is not really a CPAP but a VPAP. Constant Positive Air Pressure (CPAP)..Variable Positive Air Pressure (VPAP). Got to take the memory chip to the medical supply company for checking. They will pass on the results to my doctor. CPAP machines constantly blow air into the lungs at several times normal air pressure..VPAP machines vary the pressure depending upon whether you are breathing out or in (makes breathing out easier). If it is not working correctly they will repair or replace it...if it is working correctly but I am not benefiting from it my doc will have to make an adjustment of the pressure or prescribe a machine that will help.

No worries Hatem. This game can be a bit confounding at times, especially if your a newbee. Anyway got the file ok and USA file is now in DB.

Larry....sounds like a pretty complicated procedure. U have to do that every day?

Nope. I just put on the headset that connects to the CPAP machine. The headset mask fits over the nostrils and blows air into the nose. After putting on the headset I go to bed and try to sleep. The memory chip (in the machine) records my breathing cycles and when I take it to the medical supply company the upload the data to the computer and take a look at it. It is used to diagnose any problems I have breathing while I sleep and take corrective procedures or reprogram the machine to correct the problem. I have to take the chip into the company every two years or whenever I feel I have a problem. After they upload the data they "reformat" the chip so it will record another two years.

Okay, big problem I forgot my password. I think the player before me can reset my password. Since I don't have a copy of the game on my machine I don't have a text message to myself as to what my password was.

Yeah, Hatem don't worry about it--over the years I can't remember all the stuff I've done wrong--like not remembering my password.

Didnt know the password could be changed. What u mean by two steps removed? Do u mean a third player can change the password and then tell the 2nd player involved what the new password is?

If you are playing in a multiplayer game, the person two steps removed, can change the password. So if Germany was first, Italy was next and Axis minors were then. Then the password for Axis minors can be changed by Germany. So if you want to change a password you would need to redo two turns.

I dont think its too serious a problem anyway. Its not like Norway is a major power in this anyway. The only possible problem could be if the Allies actually had a lot of forces
there for whatever reason, the german player could be tempted to take a sneak peek at the end of the Russian turn.

BTW Turkey was opened by Hatem too but this wont be a problem because the Turkey file always comes after Norway so its never actually put into DB.
