Nice. Brings back memories: when we went on REFORGER 84, our entire company of 502AG 2d Armored, about 300 guys iirc) rode around the Arctic Circle on a Starlifter C-141, along with a F ton of supplies. Stopped in Goose Bay, Canada to refuel, and then we were in Belgium after a LONG ASS flight. Wound up setting up HQ in about 8 hours, no sleep, somewhere around Celle or Goslar, can't remember ... later, we HQ billeted w/ WG 1st Armored around Hannover. Drank their entire supply of liquor and beer the first night we was there LoL. Good times

In the midst of hostilities ... the game has crashed (a CTD as of Sovs move 8 phase 7)

Rather than continue, both sides agree to an immediate draw in Europe.

WP turns it attention instead to Afghanistan. The West breathes easier...for now.

/ooc: Next War original also suffers from the CTD issue, we have found. Rather than bang our heads against the issue, we have agreed to find another battleground. Personally (and this is only a hunch) I think the issue resides w/ Win10 vis-a-vis TOAW4. Perhaps setting the game to run in Win7 mode or earlier will alleviate? I hope so!!

For those who have been playing the various versions of TOAW IV, were the CTDs common in versions prior to .20/.21 ?

I have an older version of TOAW IV and have yet to experience a CTD. I haven't played by email, though, just on my own PC. No editor crashes either.
