That was it! Reduced the graphic in post 16 above to get it below 200 kB. That did the trick, though the issue is now OBE. Didn't realize there were different limits for different sub-forums of the site. Thanks again for your help!

Always go to Steam if you need to buy something (wait for sale). Better because you can refund (Matrix/Slitherine) won't give you any type of refund. Also order page is much better on Steam than the Matrix/Slitherine ordering process which is like a box of chocolate you never know what you are going to get.
