No plans for the Pacific.

I'll see if I can post an updated version today that includes the changes from the latest update.

I'll also post a quick tutorial on how to do it as well, so you can apply it to any update or scenario yourself.

Guide to updating the mod for WarPlan updates and using for different scenarios

In case I'm not around for a while or you want to use the map mod for scenarios other than the one provided here is how.
  1. First go into the WarPlan campaign folder, it should be located at C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Warplan\Campaigns or similar.
  2. Create a copy of both the folder and the .scn file of the campaign you want to apply the map mod to. Note it will only work on the Europe map
  3. Rename both the .scn file and the folder to whatever name you want, they must match however.
  4. Fire up WarPlan and in the main menu load up the editor. Load up a scenario with this mod already applied. We need to export the 'Terrain' and 'Tile Fill' from the previous version. To do this Click on 'Data' along the top of the screen, then under the 'Save' column click both 'Terrain' and 'Tile Fill'. This will automatically export the data from the old map to your documents folder to be used in the next step. Exit back to the main menu.
  5. Load up the editor again and this time open the new scenario you have named. We need to do the same steps as before, except this time instead of Saving the Tile Fill and Terrain, we want to Load them.
  6. Next we just need to save the scenario. Go into the File/Quit menu and on the right hand side select your new scenario and save over the top of it.
  7. The final step is to copy over all of the .png files from the previous version of this mod to get the new map graphics.
I don't think I've missed anything. The only caveat in all this is if Alvaro changes Terrain or Tile Fill data with an update. In this case the same steps would need to be carried out but then you will need to manually make the same changes Alvaro has done. When writing this the latest couple of updates only changed Logistics (new rail) and Rivers (deleted a river) which will get copied over correctly following this guide.

I've also updated the main post with a new version of the mod for the base 1939 scenario.
