The reason I ask is because Central Powers PO automatic rail repair capacity is increased and you mentioned quite a few broken rail hexes. Also, certain elements of the Russian 1st and 2nd Armies are locked down the first few turns to prevent the human player from taking advantage of weak PO starting dispositions. Sounds like you sailed right into Prussia against no resistance.
