If development had stopped at "normal" A-Bombs, we might have seen their use in a battlefield situation in Central Europe, since there was some degree of "blindness" among war planners as to the power of nuclear weapons and the damage they could cause to the respective homelands.
True, but well served Artillery does add a modicum of dignity to what would otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

Yes Sir. An M-777 doing a night shoot on the range. I was just an old timey 105 puke and that shiznit stuff was just a gleam in my eye. Did get to watch a hard humping 155 battery shoot these things at Ft Irwin, last year.

I do so love the guns. And the guys at Irwin know that very well. So they let me have some peeks every now and then.

Go with maps. Less combat reports. I plan on using numerous maps in our 2x3.

I wonder if he'll understand that he's not welcome if we tell him in languages other than English? How many different languages can we scrape together between us?

"SS SKIJEGER BATALJON". Typed all in caps, which is also his signature.

He's typed in the same profile name he uses for his "5th Guards" persona (the profiles are identical) and he's obviously trying to go waaaay back to when he first stuck his ugly troll snout in here, pretending to be from Sweden.

I've got some German and Spanish and English of course to contribute. We have Swedish, Croatian, and French for sure. Maybe a Gaelic and some Polish if Yava shows again?

Danish of course. Norwegian? Does PzB haunt here unknowingly? Some Aussie and Kiwi no doubt.

I'm also good for some pig latin, offenglofish, eggenglegish and pooteneeze if need be. [:D]

Hi all,
I look around, leaves are brown now
And the sky is a hazy shade of winter

Look around, leaves are brown
There's a patch of snow on the ground...

For days we have constant fog / haze and temperatures below 0 degrees Centigrade... even some small snow like crystals from the fog...
