Thanks for the precision, I missed this tag in the past. I see that "French Colonies" can field 5 corps, which is on par with the adjustment necessary and done to other force pools. Nothing to complain further here
If I may suggest a correction, Charles de Gaulle was not primarily an operational general (you put it at 4 as the unique army HQ for the French). He was more akin to Winston Churchill for the French, symbolizing the spirit of resistance. Instead, consider choosing either Jean de Lattre de Tassigny or Alphonse Juin. De Lattre was the commander of the 1st French Army, notable for his leadership during the Rhine campaign and even commanded U.S. units. On the other hand, Alphonse Juin led the French army in Italy in 1943 (the French Expeditionary Force, 4 divisions, they were instrumental in breaking the Gustav line).

Sorry for another Release of TRP World so soon but a major bug was discovered. AA units could not upgrade their AA which would basically make them useless later in the game so I am putting out another release with a few more minor bugs that I had found.

Right off the bat, I want to say that Lothos has done an amazing job with both the WIE and WaW mod. Were is not for his efforts I would have abandoned both games a long time ago. Now, thanks to him, they are amazing and I once again really enjoy both!
I am currently playing WaW version 8.4A as the allies. I read the disclaimers about the AI not being completely implemented, particularly for the US, but I thought if I played the Allies, it would mitigate some of the resulting issues.
So I have three questions: First, the Japanese AI has not attacked the US and I am well into spring of 1942. Is this because the Japanese AI is still just "mostly there"? Second, again with the Japanese AI -- China is just kicking butt and I wondering if this is, again, because the Japanese AI is not fully implemented yet. Third. I noticed that sometime in very late 1941 or very early 1942, US MPPs per turn dropped to zero and stayed there. Is this because the US AI is merely defensive at this point?

I noticed that sometime in very late 1941 or very early 1942, US MPPs per turn dropped to zero and stayed there. Is this because the US AI is merely defensive at this point?

Your issue with Japan not DOWing the USA. I believe they do not start preparing for war with the USA until USA reaches 70 mobilization. So garrisoned the islands (which cause negative mobilization) etc... then that would explain it.
Latest version has more information being provided to the human player in the Pacific and will remind you each turn now as players have been forgetting it from turn to turn.
Also their is a release candidate on discord right now for World and I am hopping to put out a new version this within the next few days that mainly contains bug fixes and small changes.

The AI stuff makes sense. i can't imagine the stuff you must have to do in the background to program the AI.
Update from my earlier post -- I was mistaken, the US is still getting MPPs, but as of January 26, 1942 the USA mobilization level is still 0%, which seems really low even if the AI is taking pains -- so to speak -- to not trigger an increased USA mobilization level. Am I missing something?
Also the Russians seem to be having a bit of easy time of it as well, in addition to the Chinese. The have a solid front of units, robust research, and ample reserves. Just an observation on my part.
Another question -- if I unzip/install a later version of the TRP will it affect a game in progress? Will I need to start a new game with each update I install?
Again, amazing work!

Their is a tooltop on the west coast. I bet it's red. -Finnish units restricted to latitude of Riga and north in the USSR. Scandinavia ok.
( I ask this all the time whether in WiE or WaW.)
I always hated seeing Finnish units in France for example...it would just chap my hide.

So for a complete idiot. I have downloaded the files to my campaign. Bought an unzip program , that wants to compress the files and does not offer to unzip them. How do I get them to un zip and be able to Host a game? Is there a recommended unzip program? I fondly remember Winzip being on every computer, in as well as extremely easy to operate.
