I just got my reminder from DRI that I should be looking for my charge card to say..... I'm down with that, but it would have been niice for them to say "shipped 8/12 expect delivery by 8/15' Yeah I know shipping and accounting don't talk to each other[:@][:(]

view order details on the order status screen has a UPS tracking number in it. mine shipped UPS anyway...

Especially for delaying the game a whole week, it better be the best printed in china sticker ever concieved.[:'(]

I've heard from a number of you today regarding your order status. I want you to know that you are not being ignored. I have a whole set of inquiries into the warehouse but have not yet heard back. I am pinging them regularly, I expect I'll get a bunch of answers at the end of the day.

We do expect that any of the first wave of back-orders that were not fulfilled yesterday would be fulfilled today. I think the main cause for concern would be if by tomorrow morning your order status still showed back ordered. So if you ordered on July 27th, it should ship out by today.

Sigh. Still backordered and pending. And helpless. No wonder the Japanese pulled off Pearl Harbor. The allies must have been backordered and pending in real life. They didn't get their manual in time.

The tracking number on the matrix website isn't valid. When I check UPS it says not valid.

I tried both Safari and IE without any luck. I copied the link and typed into the UPS website with no luck.

OK DRI has sent the info tto UPS and I got a tracking number[:)]. Just like you said Erik the 7/27 orders are on their way. Now you can go home and get some sleep[:D]

Hi-OK,DR says my order has been shipped-HOORAY!!!

But, they gave no idication of tracking #s, etc. I paid for 2nd day delivery-how do I track this?

  Mine, in Ohio, was just delivered by UPS. That was fast once they were OK'd to ship.
