Anniversary Coupons

A thank you to MATRIX. I have now on Jan 27 2023 received my 14th anniversary coupon. That is over a month since I NORMALLY have received such, and too late for the Xmas sales. I used it to purchase a gift for a friend. Seems a mix up at the initially contacted help(less) desk. I believe that by coming onto this forum, where thousands can see it, gained the attention of MATRIX to proceed to this HAPPY ENDING!

Well the issue here is that you've never replied back to your Ticket#2022122810000508 where we have replied you. If you, or anyone else, create two tickets regarding the same issue, one will always be closed. You should have checked both email addresses and not only one.

I had a problem both last year and this year. I normally receive my coupon on 19 or 20 May. Last year, I received it on the 24th after opening a support ticket. This year, I have opened a ticket as well. They resent the coupon but again, I didn't receive it. I sent back my backup email address but nothing yet. Hopefully it won't take too long. I usually use the coupon to buy something I would not normally buy. This year, I have 2 items I want to pick up and the money is burning a hole in my wallet. It wants out.

I believe they use the Slitherine anniversary date, not the Matrix anniversary date. I'd get a 100% coupon if they used the Matrix join date!

I suppose you should KEEP posting HERE and pestering to them, till they DO RESPOND! Then maybe they'll cave , but find a way to blame you! Good Luck....

It should state but I do believe that it is 30 days. Maybe someone else can verify this.

Just wanted to give a thank you to Matrix. Got my anniversary coupon and used it to snatch up the Combat mission series and a Grigsby title I still had not got to add to the library. The steam redeem keys worked perfect. So glad you guys had gone to the steam addition route though wish some of the older titles could get converted (looking at you admirals edition)

Sorry late reply, but it may help others. Check the join date on the Slitherine forums or 'My Page' as I believe these are the dates used for anniversaries. You can merge a Slitherine and Matrix account, the benefit is seeing your owned titles and wish lists on either. Join dates DO NOT transfer.

I have some coupons, how do i know the % of discount of each?. Only in 2 of them is displayed a X% next to the serial number, but not in the rest. Thank you

My understanding is that they have a shelf life of 30 days after you receive them or your anniversary date, the discount should be on the entire order. But someone from Matrix should no more, maybe you could send an email and ask them.
