New Game Started: MrTomnus(Axis) vs EarlyDoors(Allies)

Axis Minor Victory

A great game that went the distance and was in the balance until USSR surrendered in May 1946
Congrats to my opponent who managed 2 powerful German drives eastward in 41 and 44 whilst repulsing 6 allied invasion attempts.

PS. Does the ELO calculation take into account the type of victory achieved?

No it doesn't - Just death or glory

Thanks to EarlyDoors for a great game. I almost thought it was over in '40 with an extremely spirited defence of France and again over extending with the Japanese offensives in late '41. It was nice to get to the end of the game and see so much high tech hardware on the battlefield.

ElvisJJonesRambo lost to (IIo4Tu= Allies) ---> Typical abandoned Pacific garbage

Haven't seen the standings updated in awhile. Hopefully "The Land" is still above the land.
Slaps issued: 16 - Patton, Dana White, Batman, Samson. Medals/Salutes given: 6, warnings received: 11, suspensions served: 4, riots: 2.

Dazo (Axis) lost to EarlyDoors (Allies) sept 41. Too many mistakes, not ready for Barbarossa.

Hi Elvis, I've taken over the rankings spreadsheet from The Land.
My plan is to update it around the 20th of every month.
Partly because it doesn't format very well in the forum posts, I've published it to a separate webpage accessible via my signature

How about I add your rankings as a separate list on the next update?

Hello EarlyDoors,

Haven't updated mine in awhile either. Which come from personal experience. Which side is played is HUGE with Intermediate players. Intermediates play best with Allies which is not accounted for.

2 new mirror games started: ruskicanuk vs petedalby

Usual ELO rules.

2 more losses for petedalby. Great play from ruskicanuk. I think that takes me to 6 defeats and 3 wins.

btw, if you haven't had a chance, play with petedalby, he's a classy gentleman to play with. Thanks for the game! I'm actually wonder if an earlier attack by IJN on South Africa is a strategy to try more (especially if Italy is still engaged in Africa) as it opens up Atlantic intervention by IJN and Axis must do everything to stop a triple team assault on Germany?
