Japan - Fall '42: Japan hits back at the allied navy after taking some initial losses. The defensive perimeter is pushed southward while we watch events in Europe with some serious concern. (An allied landing in the low countries went unreported.)

turn sent to Polonthi.

Fall 1942:

Russia:

Our meteorologist thinks next turn will be good for some counterattack so we advance a spearhead in Bellorussia ready to strike at Kiev or Eastern Poland next turn. This should also help our ally landing in Western Europe.

Finland seems ready to make a wrong decision and join the Axis.

Seems not a good year to serve in a Carrier. Quite a few sunk last turn.

China:

Nothing much happening. Wait and see.

Winter 1943:

Russia:

With the retreat of the German army to warmer climate [&:] we can't experience a Russian Winter counteroffensive [;)]

Too bad but instead we are looking into the German spearhead to Gorki. We are curious to see if they will dare to keep pushing forward during Spring [:D]

China:

Nothing much happening as usual.

Japan - Spr '43: We continue to gobble up the East Indies and move into New Caledonia. Japanese bombers are seen in the skies of New Zealand. Has the Emperor over-reached? Never.

File sent to Polonthi.

The page isn't taking pictures right now. I may try again later.

Spring 1943:

Russia:

Germany is seeking access to our Ice supply in Siberia via Archangelsk [&:] If interested we offer free tour, just raise your arms (both) and we will be happy to accomodate any numbers of volunteers [:D]

In the meantime Leningrad is attacked with nice success. Glad to be on the right side of combined arms [&o]

China:

Our actual tactic [>:] is still working fine [;)]

Polonthi, tica, as your opposing team seems to be gone, I am very much leaning towards discounting this game and matching you with one of the teams left for Round 3. It would be much better in my eyes to have the remaining teams really play each other instead of distributing penalty points for those who would be matched against Haudrauf/Polonthi.

Are you o.k. with that?

I'm ok with that but I think the tourny is more or less dead in it's track by now.

Now I don't mind to finish it if possible.
