I created a version of the ASL mod with vehicle Movement Points in the upper right corner. The covered arc triangle may obscure the number, but should be helpful for non-ASL players to have rough idea of movement capabilities even if you don't know the MP cost for every action - assume 1 MP for open ground, change covered arc, etc. The vehicle counters are cleaner then the VASL ones with armor, mg, etc. If you want to read the ASL rulebook then those will work for you.

I'm too new to the forums to link a file, but maybe someone else can put it up?? (Give me a way to send you the terrain.png file).
I'll post the link when I can.

All terrain and other counters should be the same as the earlier ASL mod.

Thanks to all of you modders and scenario creators. This is what makes a game great. I have a fairly recent $50 Civil War title (not Ageod) with a few scenarios and a bitch to edit. Disappointing. But this game has legs [:)]

I was thinking of the old Prep Fire, Broke and other counters from the original SL game. The graphics for Fire, First Fire and Final Fire could be updated (backdated??) and the Broken graphic revised to a generic Broke with the casualty. Stuff like that.

It also occurred to me while playing some last night that since the AFV counters do not rotate for facing, perhaps they would look better reversed with the AFVs oriented to the top left rather than bottom right. Just a thought.

Note that you have an incorrect building mask in this mod which is causing LOS errors in certain buildings. See this post for details.

Yeah, I guess someone could do that if they wanted to. I used some older Squad Leader images in my Squad Leader mod [:)]

I didn't used the word "broke" on my since the game already has a broken image.

But i made those counters smaller so that you can see what is underneath them ;)

Damn, this sure brings back some fond memories of my board-gaming days. I hope you keep expanding on this game. As soon as I can afford to, I plan to buy this game. Thanks for all the great work.
