007 - Defensive positions at Outreau aka Stand Fast the Guards

BT 7 MPh -- the AI fired all it could at this minor leader until it broke, freeing up key units to move without threat:

BT 7 rout -- now see here that in this case, the leader was allowed to rout three hexes through the woods...[&:]

BT 7 APh -- aggressive Guards advance in the north to secure the objective -- and find some more units to DM!

GT 8 and end of the game -- The Germans fire, but again fail to move, game over!

This is very strange, though -- 24 VP to 1 VP, and this is considered a draw? Should be a major Brit victory since the Germans didn't get one objective and got their azzes kicked. [&:] Ah well, fun game.

So, the second major factor for AI victory is how to teach it to fire and move, and fire more selectively at units that are moving. I have no idea how to accomplish that, so first let me [&o] to the designers who attempt to do these things.
