Yes, Talisker is an excellent beer, However:

Would you know if the Japanese will develop radar during the course of game and if so, will it come as a research process or arrive on historical dates.
Considering Radar Type 13 sets were known to have been installed on the following CL ships: Oi, Kitagami shortly after the war started.
I am wondering if this can be researced like aircraft etc.

Radar's upgrade as part of ship upgrades. They are not a separate entity that can be researched.

Hi, If someone wishes to experiment, can radar be altered in the DB editor like other devices? In the Editor guide, it indicates weapon (device) attributes an be altered, but is ship radar also considered a device?

BEER ..... BEER he says Talisker is single malt Islay Whiskey aged 15 Years minimun to taste [:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

10 cases of that in Tokyo and the Argylls will walk from Singapore to Tokyo under the Pacific to reclaim it ...no need for B25's off of Aircraft Carriers just tell the Argylls theres a few cases in Tokyo Bay !!!

Too bad they missed the Miller and and all those wheat/rice/tree bark beer plants on there first naval air strike.
As if they could win the war from a military stance. Take the beer out of the USA and you take our need to concentrate or focus.
