Afraid I have to disagree with you here. I recently had an issue with 'Advanced Tactics' and though Victor and I tried to solve it we couldn't get it to work on my system. I sent an email off to Eric and I was given a 'refund' for Advanced Tactics. I did buy the direct download plus the boxed version and now all I need is the address to send the boxed version back to. Not sure if they want me to send it back to the distributer address or to the main office? Eric? David? Anyone?
Please destroy/delete both. Thanks.
The customer who you quoted has also had his issue resolved, unfortunately he did got through a bit of "support hell" before he got to me, combination of DR and our support guy not reading his request carefully enough.
