RE: November 1942 Begins
Hi, I'll try to install/patch the game as soon as I find my disk. (been buried since 2006) Retired now. Turned 59 on the 7th. Became addicted to total war mods Europa Barbarorum and Europa Barbarorum 2

I'm not retreating, I'm attacking in a different direction!

I haven't been very active on the boards, and I haven't seen him in a long time.
I'll have to see if I still have the replays for Koepang.

Hi, what ever happened at kow pang in the end?
I have found the AAR's AND the save game files! Koepang fell to you on 20 Dec 42.
I will start posting AAR's again in a few days. I have files all the way to 26 Jun 43.

RE: November 1942 Continues
Unfortunately, there is a gap in the AAR files, and I do not have the savegames or replays until FEB43, so I'll be reconstructing this from memory...

---------------Sub Contact
S-41 is patrolling in the Banda Sea 90mi north of the Timor city of Dili when LCdr Holley notices a column of ships exiting out of Ombai Strait. It's at least a dozen DD's and maybe a Myoko class CA as well.
Before he can get in position to shoot, he's detected, and the screening DD's drop some ash cans around the boat. S-41 takes one close, but other than some burst pipes and broken dishes in the galley, she escapes.
----------------Bombardment of Nanomea
Nanomea Atoll is the lower left anchor of a near perfect equalateral triangle with Canton Island 720 miles to the east and Baker Island 660 miles to the northeast.

Nanomea was occupied by Mogami back in July, and has been the scene of a bit of action. It has been a thorn in my side with an air base having been built. It is my goal to shut it down. The newly christened BatDiv Two is tasked with churning up the airfield and shutting this hornet's nest down.

CL Detroit, Raleigh leading 8 DD's
Japanese report 927 casualties and 20 Guns lost
