I am still working through flight plan, ATO, and Ops Manager examples and more detailed write up. As the patch eventually comes out, I'm hoping a lot of question get answered, quirks get understood, and issues are fixed.

A quick update to clean up formation editor wording. Updated some pics with pics from newer versions. Some more general cleanup.

This version has the designer notes from command/matrix website. The old warfaresims site. Its not exhaustive. I tried to capture the important stuff. But the doc is now as close to a on-stop doc as you can get for CMO.

Updated the 1.07 change log and some general clean up. Now that the bulk of the formatting and editing is done, plus 1.07 is released, I'm going to focus on Flight Plan, Ops Manager, and a few simplified lua examples.

This is a great collation of all things Command:MO. Might I suggest adding the chapter/section title in the header of each page? I typically do a text search for a topic, then have to scroll backwards a number of pages (sometimes a lot of pages) to find the context of what I am reading, sometimes it's the user manual, sometimes it's a update notes for a particular build, sometimes it's... etc. Would be real nice to glance at the header to see what chapter I am actually in.

I'm not asking for you to manually add a header to each page, hopefully Word can do it, if the chapter headings all a specific style.

As I have said in previous posts, anyone who wants to make changes and contribute to this, just PM for the word doc. Its too big to post.

Hats off to everyone who contributes to this.

For next releases.I will suggest to generate Bookmarks from headings, it is just a click when exporting to pdf.
Export as pdf->options-> mark bookmarks from headings.
This way it is easier to navigate through the document.

Hello thewood1,

Thank you for keeping the manual sharp!

Would it be possible to eleborate in the next one a bit about adding a image to a message in the Event Editor or briefing?
With an emphasis to add and image which has no online link?

Some things are mentioned here:
https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... f#p4920916
and
https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 6#p4787536
But remain unclear to me.
Maybe a little light on the matter can help.

The downloaded scenario's from Steam have a folder. Is something possible here?
