It won't be Santa bringing joy...but the Easter Bunny is planned for the BETA. We'll see what happens.

first got into Arnhem way back when i was 12 or so with the Cases Computer Simulations Ltd, pc DOS version, now aged 55 that's more than a few copies of the same battle, then later got the V4Victory version, then progressed over the years to quite a large collection of the battle on many different formats and gaming platforms waiting for the ultimate version to re kindle my love and interest in the battle, all get compaired to my first few and tbh many still don't beat them, eye candy over the years has gotten better but playability and re playability is always key to me so look forward to seeing and commenting and playing it :ugeek:

many thanks for doing it

Hi zakblood,

Some nifty suggestions in your posts. Thanks!
Just out of curiosity have you played the Market Garden scenarios in Command Ops/Command Ops2 by Panther Games?

Rob.
So we're at war with the Russkies eh?? I suppose we really ought to invade or something. (Lonnnng pause while studying the map)

yes, didn't like the engine that much tbh, or not used to it maybe, but own it and when retired will spend more time on getting used to it, like many games i own and have hardly ever played or tried, while ive spent a life time testing games,.

im not a great game player tbh, still not even got used to Nato counters and maybe never will and also don't play online so like a good to fair AI

options are good in game, maps ok for details and size and scope, units good, but game engine & UI for me isn't something im used to or like tbh, but maybe oneday i'll give it enough time to learn and maybe like
