Relistening to the Extended Edition of The Lord of the Rings soundtrack. I just hate the "Hobbits/Shire Theme" but the rest is great. Not as great as Williams or Morricone's best works, but there is no doubt that what Howard Shore did in the time he was given is monumental.

ON a whim I asked Alexa this morning to play music from Lord of the Rings. Man, that is some great background music for playing computer games of just about any kind.

Joey Jordison, drummer of Slipknot passed away. I am a drummer for decades, a bad drummer - he was one of the greatest ever. DAMN!!
