I suspect foul play.
Me: < a week from now>I promise. I've never been to the Hooters in XXXXXXXXX. Really.

RE: Hearts and Minds
Pretend I didnt read the manual. When training a TBF squadron, if I set the weapon to "torpedo" and set them to "naval attack" training will their torpedo rating go up?

Ambon/Sorong: Sorong, and thanks for all the fish head soup. Both airfields getting wrecked. No JJ raids over Boela. There are two squadrons of P-40's there now along with some PBY's
At Japanese Army fighter command a full Colonel was sweating profusely as he looked over the grease board displaying the recent damage his forces had taken from Allied bombers.
A jumpy Major assigned to Intelligence was briefing the Colonel, the Colonel wasn't happy.
Colonel; "Both airfields wrecked? That is Sorong!"
The Major looked down, not sure if the Colonel was serious.
Colonel; "How could so few bombers cause so much destruction? Those airfields must be shorter than they look, from the air they look Sorong!"
The Major let out a long breath, the tension in the air seemed to lift.
Major; "I think those Allied bombers were taunting us, as they were leaving they radioed to the tower; 'Sorong, see you next week!'"
The Colonel's icy stare froze the Major in his place, he felt like a vice was crushing his heart.
The next morning the Major was found in his tent, he had done the honorable thing. Colonel; "I just wondered why it took him Sorong." The faces of the assembled Officers were as blank as members of the Choom Gang after a busy evening.

So, you put as much high voltage electrical machinery, HP air and hydraulic systems, add a nuclear reactor, throw in some weapons and their associated systems into a steel tube and then you expect nothing to go wrong?

Ruy Lopez.......Kt-F3. Myitkynia seems not be too well guarded, but JJ has the inside lines.

Let's hope he didn't get anything gooey on the carpet.
******Next Day, at the Major's subdued and dignified Odinist ceremony******
Japanese junior officer's gather in front of the Major's portrait on the wall. They lock arms in friendship and sway as they sing..."If roving you Sorong...we don't want to be right..."

I think I see the problem here - The current configuration will have problems with cooling water intake. Other countries have had much better results by placing their boats into water.

Yes, good point. I think putting the boats in the water would help with the stealthiness too. Still, there is something to be said for being able to order out for pizza.

Just noticed JJ is reconning Chittagong every turn. The crever LYB's may be up to something.

Probably something to do with being inscrutable. Or maybe just going to bomb it, having finally got hacked off with our bombing them.

Especially if you've been treated to food prepared by RN cooks.
