Allied or Japanese?

Post by tocaff »

The question is which side do you prefer and why? What are the weaknesses and strengths that drive you crazy for each side?
Todd

I never thought that doing an AAR would be so time consuming and difficult.

I like both sides. Especially in Green Hell (my favorite scenario).

In UV I usually play as allied, scen 19 against the AI, I have not played any PEBM yet (haven't got the time). The reason for playing allied is that I like to train up the rookie air squadrons and fight as the underdog in the beginning, and I like the US-subs more than the jap subs. ...in games concerning the european theatre I almost always play as german (but that's another story[8D] ).

But in the old days, in the very beginning, when Gary Grigsbys "War in south pacific" was released on the commodore 64, I started as japanese [:)]
